We are thrilled to invite you to an exclusive experience: Painting & Wine: Tuscany edition, a five-day immersive retreat where art, culture, and nature blend into an extraordinary journey.
Guided by Maricela Del Rio, you will refine your painting skills in two daily sessions (morning and afternoon/evening) in a small, intimate group surrounded by breathtaking Tuscan landscape. The sessions will take place on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
The Retreat
This retreat is perfect for all levels of painters, whether you are a beginner looking to explore your creative side or an experienced artist seeking fresh inspiration. It's also ideal for couples, friends and solo travelers - a wonderful way to meet like-minded people and share a unique, enriching experience.

Wine Tasting
Enjoy a visit to a local winery, where you'll discover the art of organic winemaking and savoir the rich flavours of Tuscany. This experience includes a guided tasting of five selected wines, each showcasing the region's unique terroir, along with a sampling of exquisite organic olive oil. A perfect way to enjoy the authentic tastes of Italy.
Truffle-Hunting
Between the painting session, you will venture into the Tuscany countryside for an unforgettable truffle-hunting adventure, guided by expert truffle hunters and their trained dogs.
After the hunt, enjoy a delicious truffle-infused lunch, savoring the rich and earthy flavours of this local treasure.

Accommodation: 4 nights 5 days in a traditional Tuscan villa, see below for more information and accommodation options.

All meals and drinks: dinner on the day of arrival, breakfast, lunch, dinner on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday.

Daily Painting Sessions: 6 guided painting sessions with Maricela Del Rio, a total of 15 hours of art.

Three exclusive experiences: Truffle hunting, a winery visit with wine tasting, and hands-on pasta-making class.

Airport transfers: Round-trip transfers between Florence and the retreat location, as well as round-trip transfer to the winery.

Payment Details

To secure your spot, an initial 100EUR deposit is requested upon registration, this deposit will be used as part of the first 20% deposit in case the retreat goes ahead. If the retreat doesn't go ahead, this deposit will be fully refunded.

Once we reach this number, you’ll receive an invitation to confirm your spot with a 20% non-refundable deposit.

The remaining balance will be paid in two installments:

The retreat will take place only if a minimum of 8 participants is reached.

The deposits made according to the schedule above are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy

More than 60 days before departure: Only 20% WILL NOT be refunded. .

16-60 days before departure: The pending 40% deposit doesn't need to be paid, 60% paid WILL NOT be refunded.

Less than 15 days before departure: No amount will be refunded.
Dietary Requirements & Itinerary Changes

Dietary requirements can be accommodated if communicated at least 30 days before departure.

The itinerary and activities are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
Important Considerations

Travel insurance is strongly recommended, but not included in the retreat package.

Flights and personal expenses (including extras on the spot) are not included.
